The process is based on the WRC TR189 sludge thickener with polymer dosing. New sludge thickener tanks (9.4 mm dia.) were constructed and new pumping systems for thickener feed, supernatant and thickened sludge installed. A polyelectrolyte system is installed in a purpose designed kiosk.

There is a total of seven access shafts. The four main ventilation systems including twin fans, dampers, plenum chambers and attenuators are installed in four shafts with the other three shafts acting as ventilation inlets or outlets. The scope of supply also includes head house louvres, and fire/smoke dampers associated with the main fans, plus all other dedicated ventilation systems for plant rooms, staircases, switch rooms and general amenities. The scope also includes an extended six year warranty with maintenance contract.
