COMPAK Range of Water Treatment Plant.

Naston COMPAK modules form a comprehensive range of water treatment systems which can be quickly installed to meet the domestic water needs of up to 50,000 people. They operate from either a borehole or a surface water source.

Water treatment plants can be custom designed by Naston engineers for installation worldwide, on provision of only basic information, including site details, analysis or sample of raw water supply and required daily water volume or population to be served.

Design, Construction, and Installation
Ease and speed of transport, installation, operation and maintenance are fundamental to the design of Naston COMPAK modular water treatment plants. Each model incorporates a robust steel frame and is supplied fully piped and assembled. Only interconnection is required on site.

Frames are simply supported on a concrete slab and the plant can be operational within a few hours of arrival. Power can be from mains supply but a standby generator and changeover switchgear can be included in the service module. Internal and external lighting is included together with small power sockets. With a length of 6m, the modules correspond to the size of standard 20ft containers, facilitating lifting, handling and transport.

Naston COMPAK water treatment plants are widely used throughout the developing world where their speed of supply and ease of installation and operation have proved to be ideal.

COMPAK Modules

COMPAK modules are supplied to fulfil the three key functions for water treatment plants of this type:

Service Module
The service module houses plant machinery, chemical dosing units, standby generator and electrical switchgear.

Clarification Module
Clarification modules remove large suspended solids.

Filtration Module
Filtration modules remove fine suspended solids. They also remove elements such as iron and manganese, odour and colour.
